Dixon, Contract Specialist, (202) 324-0566 The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) is issuing a solicitation to acquire the non-personal services of Registered Nurse(s). The nurse(s) shall have: (1) a current license to practice as a registered nurse in the area where services are performed; (2) certification in Occupational Health; (3) Basic and Advanced life support training to perform cardiopulmonary resuscitation; and (4) certified to perform hearing examinations as set forth in the RFP. The health care services shall be provided at FBI facilities in the Washington Metropolitan area. The Government will not provide transportation and parking. The Government contemplates the award of a Fixed Price Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity type contract as a result of this solicitation. The minimum guarantee of hours is 160. This is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. The Standard Industrial Code (SIC) is 8099 with a size standard of $5.0 million. Contingent upon availability of funds, the contract period shall be 12 months, with four (4) one-year option renewals. A tentative release date for the RFP is 2/8/99.
