2ND NOTICE OF DSCP'S SUBSISTENCE DIRECTORATE MOVE TO NORTHEAST PHILADELPHIA The Defense Supply Center Philadelphia's Subsistence Directorate will begin moving to DSCP's new location in Northeast Philadelphia on February 5, 1999. The address will be: Defense Supply Center Philadelphia, 700 Robbins Ave., Philadelphia, PA 19111-5092. They will be located in Building 6. Also, DSCP's Medical Directorate is scheduled to move shortly after the Subsistence Directorate -- Notices will be posted accordingly.
