Sessions consist of 32 hours of classroom instruction. Offeror shall provide a minimum of two instructors at each session. Each instructor shall have at least ten years experience in the design, construction, operation, and maintenanceof hydraulic and/or lattice boom cranes. Each instructor shall have teaching experience of at least 120 hours per year for the past three years in the design, construction, operation, and maintenance of hydraulic and/or lattice boom cranes. The contractor staff hall have three years experience in developing instructional materials for the design, construction, operation, maintenance, or operating safety of hydraulic and/or lattice boom cranes. Technical evaluation criteria will be set forth in the solicitation scheduled to be issued on or about 29 Jan 99. Copies of the solicitation shall be obtained by written request without cost. One set of the course material may be obtained from this office at a cost of $35.00 (non-refundable). Payment will be made by certified check, cashier's check, or money order payable to: Finance and Accounting Officer, USAESCH. Telephonic requests will not be honored.
