The Request For Proposal (RFP) is for the 100% removal of rubber and paint. There is 150,000 SF of rubber and paint to be removed and 77,307 SF of re-painting. Request for Solicitations must be received at 47 CONS/LGCS by 1630 CST on 28 Jan 1999.
