Douglas Blvd, Oklahoma City, OK. Contractor's work and responsibility shall include planning, programming, administration and repair to HVAC System. Contractor shall implement a Preventive Maintenance Program and utilize all applicable warranties in place or those issued during the contract period. The number and description of the equipments to be maintained and repaired are as follow: Two (2) each Air cooled chillers (McQuay); Four (4) each Boilers (2 ea. Hurst & 2 Teledyne Laars); Nine (9) each Air Handler Units (McQuay); Six (6) each Hot Water Pumps (2 ea. Bell & Gossett and 4 ea. Taco Model); Two (2) each Air Compressors (1 ea. Curtis & 1 ea. Honeywell Model); Three (3) each Chilled Water Pumps (1 ea. Paco and 2 ea. Taso Model); Three (3) each Hot Water Tanks (2 ea. Rheem and 1 ea. Lochinval Model); One (1) each Roof Units, Packaged (Carrier Model); One (1) Roof Units, DX (AG Model); Seventy One (71) each Variable Air Volume Fan Units (Enviro-Tec Model); Three (3) each HVAC Controls (SIEBE & Honeywell Model).
