This is a COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION for COMMERCIAL ITEMS prepared in accordance with the format in the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The US Army CECOM intends to make this procurement on a non-competitive, negotiated firm fixed price basis with Motorola, Inc. However, all responsible sources may submit a quote which shall be considered by the agency. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The U.S. Army CECOM intends to procure the following item: Radio Set, AN/PRC-112, NSN: 5820-01-279-5450 in accordance with (IAW) FAR 6.302-1(b)(1) at a quantity of 70 each. WARRANTY: Standard Commercial Warranty is required.
