NAVSEA will procure the aforementioned services on a sole source basis from Logicon Incorporated, Tactical and Training Systems, 2100 Washington Blvd., Arlington, VA 22204, pursuant to 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1). The resultant contract will be for one base year plus four option years. Logicon Inc. is the sole manufacturer and developer of AEGIS Data Link Test Equipment, and as such, is the only known source with the experience and requisite knowledge to perform the required engineering development services.
