Stavins of Harvard University for participation in the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC) Assessment Report on Policies, Measures and Instruments. Professor Stavins will review and assess studies of policies, measures and instruments to address climate change, attend and participate in IPCC meeting of experts and serve as the lead author in drafting and editing Chapter 6 of the Third Assessment Report.
