The following firms have been short-listed for this project: DLR Architect, Omaha, NE; RM Kliment and Frances Halsband, New York, NY; KCF/SHG, Washington, DC; Scogin Elam and Bray Architect, Atlanta, GA; Skidmore, Owings & Merrill, New York, NY; and Robert A.M. Stern Architect, New York, NY. The short-listed firms will develop the complete project team. It is not necessary to re-submit information submitted in the Stage One selection process. Stage II selection shall be based upon: 1) Experience, Background, Qualifications, and Design Ability of Key Personnel committed to the Project Team (40%); 2) Project Management Approach (20%); 3) Special Consideration for metric experience, sustainability, design and production facilities and compatibility to office automation, Autocad, and Prolog Manager) (15%); 4) Design Experience and Approach of Project Team, (25%).Each short-listed firm will be interviewed and is required to submit SF254_s and SF255_s for the entire project team, and three (3) copies of the Stage II submittal information listed above to the office and address listed below. Thenetworking session is also intended to assist the short-listed firms in meeting the established minimum goals for subcontracting with small, minority and women owned firms.
