COMMERCE BUSINESS DAILY ISSUE OF JANUARY 26,1999 PSA#2269NAVAL AIR SYSTEMS COMMAND BRIEFING TO TRAINING & SIMULATION INDUSTRY
The National Training Systems Association, an affiliate of the National
Defense Industrial Association, is pleased to present an important
series of briefings for industry. The U.S. Naval Air Systems Command
(NAVAIR) Aviation Training Systems Program Office (PMA-205), the Chief
of Naval Education and Training (CNET), and Chief of Naval Operations
(OPNAV), will provide briefings to afford a better understanding of
long range research, development, and procurement projections. Current
issues and key initiatives of JSF, Navy and Marine Corps Simulator
Master Plans, JPATS, Mission Rehearsal, Training Architecture, and
other weapons training initiatives will be discussed. The program is
designed to provide the defense industry an opportunity to become
better informed about an important part of our national training and
