SEALED BID SALE OF OLD CORRUGATED CARDBOARD; WHITE LEDGER; AND MIXED PAPER The Fort Belvoir Qualified Recycling Program has issued three (3) separate Invitations for Bids for the following commodities: Old corrugated cardboard (baled); sorted white ledger; and mixed paper. Estimated generation of the OCC is 150 tons per month; white paper is 30 tpm; mixed is 5 tpm. Commodities are collected from offices, facilities, and housing on Post and by volunteer drop-off. Commodities are sorted and processed at the Fort Belvoir Recycling Center. OCC is baled and stored on Contractor-provided trailer. White paper and mixed paper are stored indoors in various containers. Contract term is one year, terms based on percentage of the OBM price. Anticipated issue date is 3 Feb 99.
