The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Otisville, N.Y. is soliciting for Non-Personal Services Contract Worker to administer an academic testing program for adult literacy students for FY 1999 with two option year renewals. Contractor shall proctor and score the Adult Basic Learning Exam (ABLE) and Spanish Test of Adult Basic Education (Sable/2), proctor the GED exam in Spanish and English and complete all the paperwork required by the GED Testing Service. Generally sessions shall be during the day, conducting one ABLE-Sable/2 test session per week and two complete GET test batteries per month.
