includes renovation of the kitchen, toilet rooms, front entrance, and
recreation room; replacement of the water heater, hydronic base board
heaters, and unit heater; miscellaneous repairs in the day room, front
entrance vestibule, and corridor; demolition and installation of
lighting and electrical power. Drawings and specifications can be
requested in writing on a first come, first served basis, at no charge,
