identified as Part A and Part B. The work includes a bid option,
exercised at the Government's discretion. Part A-Upgrade Boca Chica
Tank Farm ASTS. Work includes the provision of tank repairs and
modifications to one (1) 5,200 barrel, two- (2) 5,600 barrel and one
(1) 7,000 barrel, existing aboveground steel storage tanks. Tank
repairs include new cone down steel floors with leak detection and
underfloor liners, underfloor cathodic protection, shell insert plates
and nozzles, new tank internal piping, concrete ringwalls, and other
miscellaneous tank repairs. The work also includes providing new above
grade fuel piping, a truck offload facility, and abandoning the
existing below grade fuel piping. PART B Upgrade Fillstand and
underground Piping. Work includes providing a leak detection system for
the 2 fuel lines from the Boca Chica Tank Farm to the truck fillstand
(A-935); a truck refueler parking slab; modifications to the seven (7)
concrete valve pits for the two fuel lines; a drainage trench,
security lighting and new filter separators at truck fillstand A935; a
new level detection system at the truck fillstand and a new dedicated
level detection system signal line from truck fillstand A935 to the
Boca Chica Tank Farm. BID OPTION Work includes the provision of a
refueler truck parking slab, an oil/water separator, an infiltration
pond, and power to the security lights and truck fillstand from the
existing building A902. Contractor must show experience/competency in
the performance of upgrading existing above ground vertical petroleum
storage tanks to include new cone down steel floor with secondary
containment (Geomembrance Liner), underfloor leak detection and
cathodic protection in accordance with API 650, API 653 and Florida
Regulations. Contractor must show experience/competency in performing
underground pipeline leak detection which has been approved by the
state of Florida (FDEP). Estimated cost of project is $1,000,000 to
$5,000,000. Estimated duration of the contract is 460 calendar days for
completion. The SIC Code for this project is 1799. Size Standard is
