Other work to include concrete, masonry walls, wood trusses, architectural woodwork, asphalt shingle roofing and roof accessories, hollow metal doors and frames, aluminum windows, hardware, interior finishes, plumbing, HVAC, electrical systems, and lighting. Each building is approximately 2000 -- 2600 square feet (SF) in size. Construction performance time is 5 months (150 days) from notice to proceed (NTP). Project is located at Camp Blanding, Starke, Florida. This is phase II of the project with pre-existing conditions; therefore, bidders are strongly encouraged to attend the Pre-Bid Conference which will be held on or about February 25, 1999, 10:00 a. m. at Camp Blanding, Starke, Florida. Specific location of the Pre-Bid Conference site will be provided in the drawings, specifications and bidding documents. Estimated magnitude of construction is $500,000.00 to $1,000,000.00. North American Industry Classification System (formerly SIC) is 1542, size standard is $17.0. THIS IS TOTAL SET-ASIDE FOR SMALL BUSINESS. A single Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract award will result from this solicitation.
