Item One: M2 Machine Gun, NSN: 1005-00-322-9715, Part Number: 8401485 for a minimum quantity of 399 each and a maximum quantity of 1,200. The M2 Machine gun is composed of a .50 caliber Machine Gun heavy barrel, and Basic Issue Items, investment castings, malleable castings, forgings, life cycle test firing, hear treat, chrome plating and normalizing. Item Two: Bolt Sub-Assembly, NSN: 1005-00-614-7463, Part Number: 6147463 for a minimum quantity of 3,000, and a maximum quantity of 4,000. The Bolt Sub-Assembly is a machined component of the M2 Machine gun. The Sub-Assembly consists of a bolt, two pins, and plate. Item Three: Barrel Assembly, NSN: 1005-00-608-6131, Part Number: 7266131 for a minimum quantity of 7,000 and a maximum quantity of 9,000. The barrel Assembly is a machined steel component of the M2 Machine gun. The assembly consists of a barrel retainer, and liner. Item Four: Breech Bolt, NSN: 1005-00-872-4441, Part Number: 11010358 for a minimum quantity of 200 and a maximum quantity of 2,000. The breech Bolt is a machined steel component of the M60 Machine Gun. The Bolt is about 6 5/8 inches long by one inch in diameter. Detailed close tolerance machining is required in the manufacture of this item. Item Five: Barrel Assembly, NSN: 1005-00- 608-5001, Part Number: 7269027 for a minimum quantity of 350 and a maximum quantity of 825. The Barrel Assembly is a component part of the M60 Machine Gun. The assembly is about 20 inches long, 1 3/16 inches in diameter tapering to a 1/2 inch in diameter. The Barrel Assembly consists of a barrel assembly with gas system, suppressor, bipod assembly, and front sight. Item Six: Operating Rod Assembly, NSN: 1005-01-183-0572, Part Number: 11010358, for a minimum quantity of 400 and a maximum quantity of 875 each. The assembly is about 20 inches long by 3/4 inch in diameter, and consists of two pins,a roller, two rivets, a yoke, tube and major parts are made from steel. FOB is Destination.
