D -- UPGRADE EXISTING INTERGRATED HONEYWELL GRAPHIC CENTRAL SYSTEM SOL 544-022-99 DUE 033099 POC Elaine Grant, Contract Specialist The Department of Veterans Affairs, WJBD VA Medical Center, 6439 Garners Ferry Road, Columbia, South Carolina 29209-1639 intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with Honeywell, Inc., 720 Gracern Road, Columbia, South Carolina 29210 to furnish all labor and material to Upgrade Exisiting Intergrated Honeywell Graphic Central System, Delta 1000 and eleven (11) each R7044 processor panels to year 2000 compliance work to include but limited to installing year 2000 compliant UL listed operator workstation built to Honeywell specifications. Upgrade GOI to building supervisor system OS. Upgrade and interface existing Delta 1000 remote controllers to XBSI. Upgrade XL-Plus to year 2000 compliance. Upgrade channel gateway to year 2000 compliance. Install XBSI operating system, install window NT, install and upgrade channel gateway board, install D-1000 interface software, install XL plus interface software upgrade, install XL plus OS software. Upgrade CAE OS software and install BUS interface. Transfer all control sequences to XBSI from Delta 100/Excel+/Graphic Central. Transfer all points to XBSI. Transfer all CPA points to XBSI. Re-install and MAP Graphic points to XBSI. Review and Load operating schedules on R7044's. Review and load sensor offsets on R7044's. Review and load operating parameters on R7044's. Upgrade OS to current R7044 REV. Convert data base on R7044's. Re-burn and install data bases on R7044's. Also to be included will be all engineering and data conversion delivery of equipment to job site, complete installation, final adjustment and calibration, one (1) year parts and labor warranty, eight (8) hours on site operator training.
