R -- PROVIDE ASSISTANCE TO AIDS DRUG ASSISTANCE PROGRAMS SOL HRSA-99-HAB-E061928 DUE 021199 POC Aileen Broider-301-443-5231 The Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) intends to negotiate on a SOLE SOURCE basis with Tracy L. Carson, 305 Wayne Place, Silver Spring, MD 20910. This procurement shall be processed in accordance with the Simplified Acquisition Procedures in Part 13 of the Federal Acquisition Regulations. The purpose of this procurement is to provide assistance relative to the AIDS Drug Assistance Programs (ADAPs). The contractor shall: provide technical assistance (TA) to ADAPs transitioning to the ADAP 340B rebate option, as well as to those ADAPs, Title I and Title II entities that use the point of purchase discount; review and revise a previously published TA report; design, develop and implement an outreach strategy to eligible Title I and Title II entities informing them about the 340B program; and prepare several reports. Tracy L. Carson is deemed the only responsible source capable of providing the required work and services. The period of performance is one year.
