The purpose of this procurement is to provide a resource for HRSA to recruit prospective health professionals into its workforce. The contractor shall assist HRSA with research, program development and assessment related to HRSA's mission of providing health care services to the nations's underserved populations; assist HRSA in its effort to increase employment opportunities among Hispanic Americans; and prepare various reports. The Hispanic Association of Colleges and Universities is deemed the only responsible source capable of providing the required work and services. The period of performance is 15 weeks.
