CONFERENCE There will be a one day information technology exposition
hosted by the National Security Agency on Wednesday, February 10, 1999.
It will be located at the National Maritime Institute in Linthicum,
Maryland. This event is hosted by the Employee Development Services and
Human Resources Sevice Organizations of NSA. The title of the
conference is, "Government, Industry, Academia -- Sharing Strategies
for Tommorrow's Challenges." The event features three tracks: HR
Development, HR Management, and Performance Improvement. Wednesday
February 10, 1999 is the middle day for this three-day conference.
Expected attendance is 350-400, including Intelligence Community
personnel from various federal agencies, academia and commercial
industry. Technologies of interest include but are not limited to:
Training & Performance Technologies, Presentation Systems, CBT, Web
Based Training Tools, Human Resource Information Systems, Distance
Learning, Video Teleconferencing, On-Line Career Development Tools,
Knowledge Management Tools, Data Mining, Human Performance Technology
(HPT) Certification Programs, HR Software Application and Tools,
