This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This is a request for quotation (RFQ)- 99QS141. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97.5. This is a small business set-aside. The standard industrial classification code is 7812 and the small business size standard is $21.5M. The 11th Contracting Squadron intends to procure, on a competitive basis, a non-personal service to include all parts, labor, tools, equipment, transportation and supervision necessary to provide video recording of the USAF band's guest artist in the DAR Constitution Hall for the dates of 7, 14, 21, 28 of FEB. and 7, 21, 28 of MAR. All times to be coordinated with the USAF Band's representative. Quotations must include name, address, telephone number, business size/type, cage code, tax ID number and DUNNS number.
