Contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, materials, transportation, and management to perform all necessary operations in conjunction with the projects titled "Construct Additional Tank Truck Dock", project #FBNV 91-0164 and "Install Filter Separators for Aircraft Fuels", project #FBNV 97-0011 at Davis-Monthan Air Force Base, Arizona, in strict accordance with the respective projects specifications and drawings. The performance period for each project is 180 calendar days from issuance of the Notice to Proceed. Each project has a statuatory cost limitation of $500,000.00 and a magnitude of between $100,000.00 -- $250,000.00. The anticipated issue date is 4 February 1999 with an anticipated bid opening date of 8 March 1999. A site visit has been tentatively scheduled for 17 February 1999. All potential offerors are highly encouraged to attend. The formal solicitation will have the exact date and time listed.
