Project provides new fire alarm equipment for both buildings listed, while utilizing certain existing conduit, circuit wiring, and alarm initiating devices. The new fire alarm systems shall have fire alarm panels with battery backup, duct smoke detectors, spot-type smoke detectors, conduit, wiring, speaker/strobes, and strobes. The project will be completed in phases, one building's fire alarm system per phase, with final acceptance at the completion of each phase. Option 1 work shall be for complete fire alarm system service, maintenance, and testing during the warrantee period. Option 2 work shall be a renewal option for complete fire alarm system service, maintenance, and testing for three consecutive years, immediately after the Option 1 warrantee service period expires.
