of Commerce (DOC), International Trade Administration, U.S. and
Foreign Commercial Service (US&FCS) has a requirement for a contractor
to provide and apply light body armor onto DOC provided motor vehicles
(automobiles). Companies that believe that they can provide the
required services are invited to submit, in writing, an affirmative
response demonstrating an ability to provide and apply light armor onto
motor vehicles. If your company is a GSA Federal Supply Schedule
Contractor for this service, please include a copy of the applicable
schedule with your affirmative response. To be considered affirmative,
companies shall submit a written narrative statement of capability
including detailed technical information sufficient to permit agency
analysis in order to determine a bona fide ability to provide the
