Period of performance is one year, with two one-year options. This requirement is being solicited on a sole-source basis from Open Text, Inc., 185 Columbia St W, Waterloo, Ontario N2L5Z, due to the company's proprietary codes which can only be serviced by them (See numbered Note 22).
