FISC Norfolk Detachment Philadelphia intends to procure through full and open competition, Type II Target Paper for the Defense Printing Service Detachment Branch Office in Rock Island, Illinois. The specifications of the specialized paper are according to Military Specification MIL-P-108313B. An IDIQ fixed price contract is anticipated. The base period of the contract is 6 July 1999 to 5 July 2000. There will be 2 twelve-month option periods. The estimated quantity for the base year is 350,000 pounds of rolled paper and 150,000 pounds of sheet paper.
