Solicitation SP4400-99-R-0010 will be a 100% competitive 8(a) set-aside and will be issued on or about February 17, 1999 on http://www.drms.dla.mil./newproc/indes.html. Approximate closing date will be March 19, 1999. This will be a firm-fixed price requirements contract for a base period of 18 months with three (3) twelve month option periods. Performance will be requested on task orders issued under the basic contract. Special requirements: prospective contractors and subcontractors must be capable of meeting and complying with all federal, state, and local laws, ordinances, and regulations governing handling, transportation, and disposal of hazardous waste materials and environmental protection.
