Stennis Space Center" that was posted on January 13, 1999, as amended on January 20, 1999. After further consideration of the evaluation of the Small Disadvantaged Business (SDB) Participation Program-Targets, it has been determined that there will not be a specified goal of 5% for the SDB concerns within the targeted Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) Major Groups. As a result, there will be no breakdown of the 15% SDB subcontracting goal into a 5% goal for SDB concerns within the targeted SIC Major Groups and 10% for SDB concerns within other SIC Major Groups, as previously synopsized.
