The property is used and is being sold "as-is-where is". Neither Foster Wheeler Environmental Corporation nor the U.S. Government makes any warranty, express or implied, as to quantity, kind, character, quality, weight, size or description of any of the property or its fitness for any use or purpose. The property consists mainly of air monitoring and air quality instruments, water quality measuring instruments, SCBAs and escape breathing apparatus, computers (286, 386), meteorological monitoring equipment, laboratory equipment, mobile communications equipment, and support equipment typically used for field projects (i.e. hand tools, buckets/tubs ) The successful bidder will be responsible for transportation and loading charges as well as any damage to our facility or injury to personnel on our premises. The successful bidder shall hold Foster Wheeler Environmental Corporation and the U.S. Government harmless from any claim arising out of any damage or injury for any property listed in this sales notice.
