Readjustment will be provided in the form of individual, group and/or couple or family counseling. Services will be performed by a Psychiatrist, Psychologist, Licensed Social Worker, or other qualified personnel. The services are to be provided in three (3) county areas; Nevada County, San Joaquin County, and Tuolomne County. The provider will be required to be physically located in the county in which they bid on. Sic Code 8331 applies. This contract is 100% total Small Business Set-Aside.
