Q -- PHLEBOTOMY/COURIER SERVICES SOL 549-34-99 DUE 030599 POC John Mraz (903/583-6270) The Department of Veterans Affairs, North Texas Health Care System wishes to procure Phlebotomy/Courier Services for the VA North Texas Health Care Systems Outreach Program for the Dallas, TX area. The contractor shall provide phlebotomy support at specified client sites and deliver the specimens to the VA North Texas Health Care System Pathology and Laboratory Service located in Dallas, TX. In addition, the contractor may also be required to provide STAT delivery for VANTHCS clients. The contract geographic area includes Dallas, TX and those counties within a fifty mile radius of the city. Phlebotomists must be certified. Currently, there are six active sites. This number may change during the contract period. The contract hours requested are best estimates and are also subject to change.
