Contractors must have the expertise to translate any or all of the following languages: Chinese, Spanish, French, Italian, Arabic, Portuguese, Turkish, Greek, Farsi, Croatian, German, Danish, Norwegian, Bulgarian, and Russian. Contractors shall be registered in the Central Contractor Registration Database (DFARS CASE 97-D005). Contractors shall be able to accept Mastercard. Any contractor who cannot meet these requirements will not be considered. References are not required, however if available, please provide.
