Housekeeping services shall be provided for the Santa Fe Indian Hospital, approx. 84,000 sq. ft.; a Field Health Bldg., approx. 3,960 sq. ft.; a Dental Bldg., approx. 1,960 sq. ft.; and Environmental Health Bldg. Tasks shall include performance of a variety of cleaning functions involving use of heavy equipment and special procedures for cleanliness in a hospital environment; disposing waste and trash removal. Contractor must have basic knowledge of scientific hospital housekeeping techniques. All supplies, cleaning chemicals and equipment will be furnished by the Santa Fe Service Unit. Performance of housekeeping services will be required Monday through Friday, including on call back during weekends, holidays and weekdays when needed.
