The Contractor will provide video support for all NOAA Public Affairs Offices for a period of one (1) year. This company will provide coverage of various towns and cities across the country that depends heavily on NOAA The Contractor shall provide a custom monitoring such as, when contacted the Contractor knows specifically what NOAA wants and needs in a required time frame. The Contractor shall be acquainted with NOAAs mission. The Contractor must have the capability to duplicate a large amount of video and audio tapes. This Contractor must be able to supply transcripts of TV and Radio programs. The Contractor shall provide deliverables in accordance with the time table as specified. The Contractor must be able to provide this services at any time of the week. The Contractor shall provide NOAA with all television and radio tapes, and transcripts nationwide and internationally.
