The government released the final Request For Proposal (RFP) on 26 January 1999 with a proposal due date of 12 February 1999 at 4:00PM EST. The primary means of dissemination of information for this acquisition is its web site at: http://public.acclog.af.mil/cons/Lgcu/CRM/crm.html. The secondary means is via email. Due to technical problems, the final RFP was released via email to all interested parties that had registered on the bidders' list, but has not yet been posted to the internet. The final RFP will be posted to the web site as soon as possible.
