FOR SMALL BUSINESSES. The Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) Code
is 1761 -- Roofing, Siding and Sheet Metal Work. The work includes
repairs of approximately 19,680 square feet of roofing to include: (a)
The removing of existing ballast and insulation of the existing
inverted roof system; (b) Repair of any deficiencies of the existing
membrane; (c) Prime entire roof; (d) Provide a 3-ply cold process
built-up roof membrane; (e) Provide new flashings to encapsulate
existing asbestos contained flashings; and (f) Provide a gravel surface
inbedded in a flood coat adhesive. The estimated issuance of the
solicitation is 11 February 1999. The estimated receipt of bids is 12
March 1999. A non-refundable charge of $20.00 per solicitation is
required and checks should be made out to "US TREASURY". You may
