The work includes repair of the bulkhead behind Bravo Dock 21 via construction of a new bulkhead system consisting of both drilled caisson soldier piles and anchored steel sheet piles. The project includes extensive earthwork, demolition and removal work, handling of hazardous materials, asphaltic concrete paving, electrical work, construction of a cathodic protection system, reinforced concrete and structural steel work, and incidental related work.
