The contractor shall provide all labor, materials and equipment necessary in reference to Project No. 648-98-117 "Install MRI Machine" for the Portland VA Medical Center. Scope of work includes the demo of existing space and preparing space for the new MRI machine. The preparation will include RF shielding, HVAC, electrical, and architectural work. This project will also include phasing such that a portion of a wall is left out to allow the magnet to be installed in the room and then complete the wall. This project is subject to the availability of funds. The cost range for the project is estimated between $250,000 and $500,000.
