Z -- IDC REPAIR ROOFS, BASE SOL F03602-99-R0004 DUE 031199 POC Barry Jundt, (501) 987-3853, Ray Blevins (501) 987-3379 The principle features of work for Project Number NKAK 98-1044 include, but are not limited to: (a) Remove and replace building 4-ply built-up roof system (both asphalt and coal tar) with new systems including flashings, gravel guards, roof drains if applicable, deteriorated wood nailers, insulation, etc; (b) Remove and replace building composition shingle systems with new fiberglass shingle systems including felt underlayment, deteriorated wood decking, shingles, aluminum drip edge, flashings, etc; ( c ) Perform built-up roof repairs on various buildings including surface conditions, membrane conditions, flashings conditions, roof edging/fascia and roof penetrations; (d) Perform shingle system repairs on various buildings. This is a Firm Fixed Price requirement type contract. The estimated cost of construction is between $1,000,000.00 to $5,000,000.00. The performance period will be a Base Period and Three Option Years. This procurement is being issued on an unrestricted basis with small disadvantagedbusiness evaluation preference.
