The inputs NSN(s) and Part Numbers (P/N(s)) are as follows: Input NSN: 3040-01-197-1745, P/N: 70400-08110-060; NSN: 3040-01-158-9688, P/N: 70400-08110-049; and NSN: 3040-01-124-8410, P/N: 70400-08110-051. The output shall be NSN: 3040-01-197-1745, P/N: 70400-08110-060. Minimum quantity of 50 each. The maximum quantity of 350 includes 10 each for Foreign Military Sales (FMS) should it be required. F.O.B. Origin to DDSP New Cumberland Facility, PA. The proposed contractual action will be a one year firm fixed price indefinite delivery indefinite quantity type contract with four option periods. This proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government do not possess a Depot Maintenance Work Requirement (DMWR) or any technical data necessary to repair/overhaul the Connecting Link UH-60. All technical data, such as the manufacturer's blueprints/production drawings are controlled by the aircraft's prime manufacturer; Sikorsky Aircraft Corporation, Stratford, CT . Sikorsky Aircraft Corporation is the only approved source for this requirement. See Notes 22, which states that the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under authority of FAR 6.302.
