The Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) plans to issue a Request for Quotes (RFQ) under the Simplified Acquisition Procedures, to seek a contractor to conduct a financial feasibility/turnaround analysis of the New York Flushing Hospital Medical Center. The contractor shall thoroughly analyze the hospital's financial and operational condition and the market in which the hospital operates. Based on these analyses, the contractor shall identify and evaluate alternative strategies for restoration of positive cash flows for this hospital that will permit the continuation of mortgage payments.
