The Bureau of Indian Affairs, Colorado River Agency, located in Parker, Az. is requesting bids for expansion of five electrical substation control houses. Located at Parker, Az. on the Colorado River Indian reservation. Work consist of pouring a concrete foundation and extending and matching the existing pre-engineered buildings. Total footage for all five substations will be approximately 860 sq. ft. Concrete will a minimum of six inches thick with 12 inches by12 inches turn down at perimeter and two pieces of #4 rebar. Foundation must match the existing foundation. The expansion of the control houses will match or be equaled to existing pre-engineered control houses manufactured by Parkline Incorporated. Formed wall liner and fiberglass insulation shall be included on the three new walls.
