The Joint STARS program office location at WR-ALC, Robins AFB GA is contemplating the sustainment of the Joint STARS Interoperability Certification Capability (ICC) laboratory at Northrop Grumman Electronic and Systems Integration Division, Surveillance and Battle Management Systems in Melbourne FL. The ICC support contractor (Northrop Grumman) will have sole operational and maintenance responsibility for the ICC. This support is required for the ICC from August 1999 to July 2000 and potentially for an additional year. The ICC support contractor (Northrop Grumman) must maintain the Northrop Grumman developed ICC system hardware and software. Additionally, the support contractor (Northrop Grumman) must provide total support for periodic Joint Interoperability Testing (JIT) of the Joint STARS software baselines at the Combat Air Force (CAF) and Joint service levels. The support contractor (Northrop Grumman) will be required to perform the above mentioned functions on-site at the contractor's facility located at Melbourne FL. The contractor (Northrop Grumman) must have, as a minimum, the security clearance to handle, process, and store classified information on the SECRET level at the facility.
