Agent, 402-346-8800 Ext 4510 Contractor to provide all necessary labor,
tools and equipment to configure, install and troubleshoot 173 new
government provided Windows NT Clinical Workstations, and provide 30
minutes of training to all VA employee users at the Department of
Veterans Affairs Medical Center, 4101 Woolworth Avenue, Omaha, Nebraska
68105. Contractor is to be able to provide at least three (3) fully
trained computer technicians for the configuring, troubleshooting and
installation of the Windows NT Clinical Workstations. After all
workstations are installed at least two (2) fully trained computer
technicians are required to provide user support for an additional five
(5) weeks. Coordination and location of installations will be provided
by the Contracting Officer's Technical Representative. Contractor may
be requested to commence services within five (5) days after receipt
of award. This Commercial Item acquisition for servcies is set aside
for small business. Estiimated price is less than $25,000.00.
Evaluation factorsfor award will include technical capabilities and
availability, past performance and price. The VA may accept the lowest
price offer without discussions. All requests for bid packages must be
in writing and may be faxed to 402-449-0612. Request for Quotation No.
636-15-99 has been assigned to this solicitation and will be available
February 1, 1999. Award is anticfipated to be made approximately
