R -- ADVERTISING SERVICES SOL RFP-7265 POC Darlene W. Robinson, Contract Specialist The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) has a requirement for the development, implementation and support of annual comprehensive and detailed advertising and recruitment plans for the FBI. This will be a Firm Fixed Price Task Order Requirements contract, for one base year plus four (4) option years. The Contractor shall have the capability to conduct market research projects to include but not be limited to, advertising penetration surveys, media allocation studies, copy testing and other industry standard research. The Contractor shall have the ability to provide attitudinal survey information in order to report on the response of particular target audiences to the advertising campaigns utilized. The Contractor shall have the capability to develop and produce national recruitment advertisements as well as videos, exhibits, brochures, and other publications or material outlining the FBI's recruitment needs.
