15TH ANNUAL TEST & EVALUATION NATIONAL CONFERENCE & EXHIBITION The Test & Evaluation Division of the National Defense Industrial Association in cooperation with the Office of the Secretary of Defense, the NDIA Security Division, the Association of Old Crows and Nellis Air Force Base announces its 15th Annual Test and Evaluation National Conference & Exhibition in Las Vegas, March 8-11, 1999. This will mark the first time that one of our conferences has focused on the area of Information Systems, Information Warfare and Information Assurance. The growing interdependence between the civil and defense sectors of our nation add to the importance of assuring that both our civilian and dedicated defense C4I infrastructures will continue to effectively function in times of combat, terrorism or even natural disaster. The conference will feature nearly 60 leaders from both the public and private sectors addressing these issues. Featured speakers include Dr. John Deutch, former Director, CIA and Deputy Secretary of Defense as well as Victor Sheymov, the highest-ranking member of the KGB to defect to the West, and a specialist in C4I, and its many facets.
