No new information is available. The companies already who have already responded may elect to resubmit their proposal, submit an addendum to their proposal (no more than three pages), or leave their proposal as is. Proposals already received at the Kentucky Transportation Center will be sealed and will not be opened and distributed for evaluation until February 24, 1999.
