The base period of the contract shall be October 1, 1999 through September 30, 2000 with option to renew for up to four additional one-year periods. The Government reserves the right to make multiple awards, one contract award for each site. Solicitation may be issued on or about March 9, 1999. This procurement is a 100% Small Business Set Aside.
