Brown This project involves supplying and installing a permanent artificial rock facade on the exterior of a precast concrete building, approximately 1700 square feet of surface to be covered, located approximately 12 miles southwest of Aspen, Colorado via Pitkin County Road 13 (FDR 125/Maroon Creek Road), White River National Forest, Pitkin County, Colorado. Work shall also include covering 4 -- 14" diameter x 9'- 0" columns to appear like peeled cedar logs. It is anticipated that other work on the site will be completed by fall of 1999, and work on this contract may start either in fall of 1999 or in spring of 2000. If contractor chooses to begin work prior to completion of other on-going contracts it shall be the contractor's responsibility to coordinate work with the other contractors.
