The project consists of the pavement rehabilitation of 3.7 kilometers of the Park Loop Road, 5.6 kilometers of Paradise Hill Road, and 0.3 kilometers of the Access Road to State Route 233, as well as coastline stabilization at Otter Point. The project work includes drainage improvements, asphalt pavement milling and overlay, asphalt removal, roadway excavation, aggregate base, and other miscellaneous work.
